1️⃣ Future Tense Basics
In Punjabi, the future tense is formed using the main verb root + future endings.
Here are the endings for common pronouns:

Main kall Amritsar jāvāṅgā.
→ I will go to Amritsar tomorrow. - ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਿੱਖਦੇ ਰਹਾਂਗੇ।
Asīṅ Panjabi sikhde rahāṅge.
→ We will keep learning Punjabi. - ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
Uh tuhānū phone karegī.
→ She will call you.
3️⃣ Useful Vocabulary for Talking About Future
- ਕੱਲ੍ਹ – Tomorrow
- ਅਗਲਾ ਹਫ਼ਤਾ – Next week
- ਅਗਲਾ ਸਾਲ – Next year
- ਜਲਦੀ – Soon
- ਬਾਅਦ – Later
